Habit Coach support
If something is not working as expected, send us a message and include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. We aim to keep support simple and direct.
App problems
Tell us the screen you were on, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue happens every time.
Ads
If an advertisement fails to load, appears incorrectly, or a rewarded ad does not provide the expected reward, tell us the approximate time and what happened.
Health access
If Health information is not appearing, check that Habit Coach has permission to read the relevant Health categories in iOS Settings.
Notifications
For missing reminders, check Habit Coach notification permission and your device's Focus and notification settings.

When possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Habit Coach version and a short description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, payment card information, authentication codes or other sensitive information by email.

Before contacting us
- Make sure you are using the latest available version of Habit Coach.
- Restart the app and check the relevant iOS permission in Settings.
- If the issue involves a purchase, keep your Apple purchase information available, but do not email payment card details.
